With the Ru™ Booster, it instantly transforms into the KengaRu™ safety-certified highchair or junior chair for children from 6 months to 14 years.
The travel-ready Ru™ Booster is also a stand-alone 2-in-1 portable booster for toddlers or preschoolers. From home to anywhere you’ll go, KengaRu™ brings familiar comfort to every table – giving everyone their own snug designer seat, without clutter.

KengaRu™ stable like a highchair, sturdy like an adult chair. Every seating mode meets its international safety standards and has been independently tested far beyond them, so you can feel safe and secure day in and day out.

The portable Ru™ Booster conveniently and securely quick-clicks onto the Kenga™ Adult Chair, the base of the system that delivers rock-solid stability and is built to withstand restaurant-level intensive use. Kenga™ has been tested by an independent lab and can safely hold 160 kg. It was also tested by dropping 100 kg on it for 200,000 times, which is equivalent to dropping that weight five times a day, every day, for more than a century. Even the Ru™ Booster was subjected to adult chair durability testing with 20,000 cycles of 75 kilograms.

Crafted from 100% FSC®-certified European beechwood, we source our wood from responsibly managed forests for future generations. Bombol also partners with global reforestation partners and gives these blockchain-certified trees to new Bombol family members. As trees grow, they absorb CO₂, helping balance emissions from production and shipping.

For lasting impact, we selected durable, low-impact materials for lifelong use. When the time eventually comes, recycling is refreshingly straightforward thanks to the Mono-Material™ design approach: permanently assembled parts recycle as a whole, while other components easily pop off or unscrew for sorting. Even our packaging embraces sustainability – plastic-free and compact to reduce shipping footprint.
